Sometimes we stuck in our life. Do you feel that there are so a lot of problems in your life that you don’t know how to get out of it? Do you wait for someone who will come into your life and change it? Do you feel depressed about everything that is going around? Do you feel that you don’t have enough strength to fight? Do you often think about how to get out of depression and start to live? So what you can do:
Take responsibility for your life
Make a decision. Not tomorrow or after tomorrow but right now and today, from this moment. Make a decision to be responsible for your life. Accept once and forever that no one will help you, don’t wait for it – just take your life in your hands. There are no limits in your life, everything is in your mind and in your head. You need to change your thinking and once you will accept that you can change everything in your life by yourself you straight away will feel relief. Don’t make any excuses. There are no excuses. Believe me, no one cares about you and if you will not take that responsibility change everything, nothing will change in your life and no one can help you. Be Queen or King in your life and concentrate on self-improvement and learning how to improve yourself right now.
Take an action
Once you decide to change something in your life – take an action and start to do it. Of course, you cant change everything in your life in one day, one month or even in one year. Step by step, day by day decide to be better than you were yesterday. You want to lose weight? Start to do exercise every second day – walking, running, gym or team games playing. Anything. Then later start little by little eat healthier. Want to change work? Start with a good CV – write a great CV. Start to look at another position, send CV. Accept that not from the first interview you will get a new job but if you will constantly looking sooner or later you will find something. Take action in different areas in your life – health, professional work, relationships. If you will work for it as a goal you will sooner or later achieve it. Accept also a failure. It’s normal, it’s part of life. Imagine that your life is a business project and you are creative director in it.
Take a notebook and write your goals
There is a very good exercise. Every day in the morning write the date and write 10 goals in your future. Write it like you already achieve it. For example, 1. I have my own successful human resources company – 2020 December. 2. I bought a new Mercedes Benz car, red, 2018 year. – 2020 November 3. I weight 50kg – 2020, January etc. Write these goals every day and every day take a new list of paper and don’t look what you wrote yesterday. Accept that its way how to develop myself. After one months you will see what is your real goals in your life.
Plan your day
Every evening write a plan for your next day. Write things what you need to do. Even its small things. Write it down on paper, go sleep with these thoughts and in the morning you will remember them and keep it in your mind that you need to do it. The best thing is to do the hardest things in the morning and then easiest leave during the day. Once you will start to do it, you will be surprised how much things you can do in a short time. Your life will start moving and you will start to see positive progress in your life. Don’t make an excuse for anything. Learn self-discipline. Self-discipline is an ability to do what you should do when you should do it whether you feel like it or not. Just know and remember one thing – it’s good for you.
Some people so afraid to be failed that they never try something new. That’s why their life never changes in a better way. Everything is hard before its easy. To become someone that you never been before, you must do something what you never have done before.
And how you change your self in a better way? What you do for self-development? I am always interested in other people experience. What you do to get out of depression in your life and how to get out of depression?

Hey, I think it also helps to talk to someone you trust and someone who is on a similar journey as you are in life. With a good friend by your side who can pull you up when you are struggling or someone to talk to can help with your self development.

Yes, you are completely right. It helps to talk with someone who is on the same road. The problem is to find that kind of person. I find it in AA but I can also say that I don’t like most of the people around 😀

Loved this post. Great advice, I am constantly trying to build my self developmental skills. It’s something we will need for the rest of our lives to help us get through this lovely hard life. I like to journal, workout, yoga, and I’m constantly trying to learn how to stay present in each moment I am in. That’s a daily struggle but I’m always working on it. 🙌

Such valuable advice – most self development books that I read outline this too. Alongside taking responsibility, as you say, I think my biggest tip is to find your purpose. Find it, and align all actions around it. Career, decisions, hobby’s, even small actions won’t seem meaningless if it contributes to your purpose.
